Self-Acceptance Peer
Support Group
The Self-Acceptance Peer Support Group is a welcoming space to explore self-worth, build confidence, and grow in compassion for yourself. Together, participants walk the journey of embracing authenticity and developing a healthier relationship with themselves.
This is a FREE drop-in group. Anyone who would like to participate can attend one of the weekly group sessions help on Tuesday evenings at 6pm at the NAMI Sheridan office located in St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
